1 lb. ground turkey sausage, browned and drained
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
6-1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
2⁄3 c. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
1-1⁄4 c. biscuit baking mix
2 T. cornstarch

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Pour into greased mini pie tins. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden and set. Serve 4 to 6.
