6 pork chops 15 oz. can chili beans with chili sauce 1-1/2 c. salsa 1 c. corn Optional; Green chiles to taste 3 to 4 c. prepared rice Garnish: fresh cilantro, chopped
Layer ingredients in order given in a slow cooker, except for rice and cilantro. Heat on low setting for 5 hours or high setting for 2-1/2 hours. Serve over prepared rice; garnish with cilantro. Serves 6.
