2 8-oz. tubes refrigerated crescent rolls 1 c. baked turkey ham, cubed 6 green onions, sliced thin 5 eggs, lightly beaten 1 c. milk 1 c. fat-free half-and-half 1 t. salt 1 t. pepper 8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
Separate rolls; roll up each one crescent-style. Arrange rolls in 2 long rows in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Top with ham and onions; set aside. In a bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients except cheese; fold in cheese and spoon over rolls. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted. Cut into squares. Makes 10 servings.
