2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Mix all ingredients together; pour into a greased 9"x5" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one to 1-1/2 hours, or until center tests done. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
