1/3 c. olive oil 1 T. sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained 1 T. fresh parsley, minced 1 t. fresh chives, minced 1 t. red pepper flakes 1 t. dried basil 1/4 t. garlic powder 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, cubed
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese; mix well. Add cheese cubes and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or overnight. Stir again to coat before serving. Serves 12.
