8 slices bread, cubed 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1-1/2 lbs. ground sausage, browned 4 eggs, beaten 3 c. milk, divided 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 t. dry mustard
Arrange bread in an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan; sprinkle with cheeses and sausage. Set aside. Mix eggs and 2-1/2 cups milk together; pour over bread. Cover with aluminum foil; refrigerate overnight. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over bread mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Serves 8.
