2 c. unsweetened instant tea
2 3-oz. boxes orange pineapple gelatin mix
1 c. sugar
3/4 t. coconut extract
1/8 t. vanilla powder

Combine ingredients in a food processor; blend well. Place in an airtight container; attach instructions. Makes 3-1/2 cups.

*Add 2 tablespoons mix to 3/4 cup boiling water; stir well. Serve warm or cold. Makes one serving.
