1/2 lb. ground beef 26-oz. jar spaghetti sauce 8-oz. pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked 8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese 1 c. cottage cheese 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Brown ground beef in a saucepan; drain. Stir sauce into beef; simmer for 5 minutes. Add noodles, mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese; stir together and place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
