4 to 6 pork chops 2 T. oil 5 to 6 potatoes, peeled, cubed and boiled 10-3/4 oz. can cream ofmushroom soup 10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup 15-1/4 oz. can peas 1/2 c. milk salt and pepper to taste paprika to taste
Brown pork chops in oil on both sides; arrange in a 13"x9" baking pan. Layer potatoes over pork chops; set aside. Mix soups, peas and milk together; spread over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika; bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
