1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. butter, softened 3 T. mayonnaise 2 T. lemon juice 1/4 t. dried basil 1/4 t. pepper 1/8 t. onion powder 1/8 t. celery salt 2 lbs. tilapia fillets
In a small bowl, blend together all ingredients except fish fillets; set aside.
Arrange fillets in a single layer on a lightly greased broiler pan. Broil on
top rack of oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn and broil other side for 2 to
3 minutes. Remove from oven; top fish with Parmesan mixture. Broil
for 2 additional minutes, or until topping is golden and fish flakes easily
with a fork.
