16-oz. pkg. ground hot pork sausage 11-oz. tube refrigerated French bread dough 1-1/2 c. shredded pizza-blend cheese
Brown sausage in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Drain well, pressing between paper towels. Unroll dough into a rectangle on a lightly greased baking sheet; sprinkle evenly with sausage and cheese. Roll up jelly-roll fashion, beginning on one long side. Place on baking sheet, seam-side down; pinch ends to secure filling inside. With a sharp knife, cut 3 slits across the top, 1/4-inch deep. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 servings.
