1-lb. pork roast, cubed 32-oz. jar sauerkraut 12-oz. bottle beer 1/2 apple, cored and peeled 1 T. garlic, minced 2 t. dill weed 1 t. onion salt 1 t. dry mustard
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; stir well. Heat on high for one hour; reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 5 hours or until pork is cooked through. Discard apple before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
