10-oz. can refrigerated pizza dough 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 T. minced garlic 1 T. olive oil 16-oz. jar Alfredo sauce 1/4 c. onion, chopped 8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella, Parmesan & Romano cheese blend
Spread dough onto a lightly greased round pizza baking pan; bake at 425 degrees for 7 minutes. While baking, cube chicken; sauté with garlic in oil until juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Pour Alfredo sauce over baked crust; sprinkle with chicken and onion. Bake 10 more minutes; top with cheese blend and return to oven until cheeses melt. Makes 8 servings.
