2 T. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 8-oz. cans whole oysters, drained
1 T. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 T. Cajun fish seasoning
1/2 t. dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 slices American cheese, chopped

Melt butter in a medium saucepan and sauté onions until transparent. Stir in oysters; when warm, stir in flour to coat onions and oysters. Stir in milk and seasonings; heat until warmed through. Stir in cheese until melted. Makes 2 to 4 servings.
