1/2 lb. whole nuts, shelled and halved 1 egg white 1 t. water 1/2 lb. nuts, finely ground 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 t. cinnamon 1/2 t. salt
Place halved nuts on a lightly greased baking sheet; set aside. Beat together egg white and water; pour over halved nuts and stir to coat well. Combine ground nuts, sugar, cinnamon and salt; sprinkle over coated nuts; mix well. Bake at 200 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Makes about one pound.
