13.8-oz. tube refrigerated pizza dough 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 T. olive oil 1 t. dried basil 1 t. dried oregano 1/2 t. dried rosemary 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Unroll dough on a greased baking sheet. Press with fingers to form indentations; set aside. Sauté onion and garlic in oil in a skillet; remove from heat. Stir in herbs; spread mixture evenly over dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden. Serves 12 to 14.
