8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 T. milk 6-1/2 oz. can crabmeat, drained and flaked 2 T. onion, finely chopped 1/2 t. horseradish sauce 1/4 t. salt pepper to taste 1/2 c. toasted almonds, sliced assorted crackers
Combine cream cheese, milk, crabmeat, onion, horseradish and salt; blend well. Season with a dash of pepper. Spoon into a lightly greased one-quart casserole dish; sprinkle with toasted almonds. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve piping hot with crackers. Makes 6 servings.
