2/3 c. carrot, sliced 1/2 c. onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 c. vegetable broth 1-1/2 c. cabbage, chopped 1/2 c. frozen green beans 1 T. catsup 1 T. Italian seasoning
Sauté carrot, onion and garlic for 5 minutes in a stockpot sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray; add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered for 15 minutes or until beans are tender. Makes 4 servings.
