1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. onion, chopped 26-oz jar pasta sauce 11-oz. can sweet corn & diced peppers 1/2 t. salt 8-oz. pkg. rotini pasta, cooked 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 4 green onions, sliced
Brown beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat; drain. Stir in pasta sauce, corn, salt and uncooked pasta. Cook and stir until heated through. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted; sprinkle with green onions. Serves 6.
