1-1/2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 t. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
15-oz. can fruit cocktail

Combine first 4 ingredients; add undrained fruit and mix well. Pour into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until cake tests done with a toothpick inserted in center. Makes 12 servings.
