1⁄2 lb. lean ground beef 1⁄2 t. salt 14-1⁄2 oz. can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped 1 t. garlic, minced 12-inch prebaked pizza crust 1-1⁄2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1⁄4 c. green onions, chopped
Brown beef in a skillet over medium- high heat for about 4 minutes, stirring often, until no longer pink; drain and season with salt. Remove from heat and set aside. Stir together tomatoes and garlic; spread evenly over crust. Top with beef, cheese and onions. Place crust directly on oven rack. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
Makes 4 servings.
