12-oz. pkg. fresh cranberries 1-3/4 c. sugar 1 c. water 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and chopped zest and juice of 1 orange zest and juice of 1 lemon 3/4 c. raisins 3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar and water. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, or until cranberries pop. Add apple, citrus zest and juice; continue cooking for 15 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in raisins and nuts. Cover and refrigerate; serve chilled. Makes 4 servings.
