2 c. cooked ham or turkey, chopped 14-1/2 oz. can Italian-style diced tomatoes 12-oz. pkg. frozen black-eyed peas, or 2 15-oz. cans black-eyed peas 14-oz. can chicken or beef broth 1 onion, chopped
Layer ham or turkey, tomatoes with juice and remaining ingredients in a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on high setting for 5 to 6 hours; stir occasionally Makes 6 servings.
