2 16-oz. cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 tomato, diced 1 c. red pepper, diced 1 c. green pepper, diced 1 c. yellow pepper, diced 16-oz. bottle Catalina dressing 10-oz. pkg. corn chips
Mix all ingredients together; stir well and serve immediately. Serves 8 to 10.
