1-3/4 c. pineapple juice 1 c. catsup 1/2 c. mustard 1-1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed 15-oz. can pineapple chunks, drained 4*15-1/2 oz. cans navy beans & bacon, drained and rinsed
In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, catsup and mustard. Add brown sugar and mix well; stir in pineapple chunks. Add beans; mix well. Spoon into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 90 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serves 8 to 12.
