16-oz. pkg. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled 16-oz. pkg. hot ground pork sausage, browned and drained 1-1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 loaf party rye bread
In a large bowl, combine cooked bacon and sausage, cheese and mayonnaise. Mix well. Spoon mixture onto rye bread slices and arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. Set oven to broil; set pan on top rack. Watching closely, broil until cheese melts and bread gets crisp around the edges. Serves 10.
