1-3/4 c. all-purpose flour 1-1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. baking cocoa 1 c. butter 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk 1 egg 2 t. vanilla extract
Combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in butter until coarse crumbs form. Reserve 2 cups of crumb mixture; press remaining crumb mixture in the bottom of a 13"x9" glass casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; set aside. Blend cream cheese until fluffy; add milk, egg and vanilla, mixing well. Pour over crust; sprinkle with reserved topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes; cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until firm. Cut into bars to serve. Makes 20.
