2 c. boiling water 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. instant coffee granules 1 gal. whole milk 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream 1/2 gal. chocolate ice cream
In a bowl, combine boiling water, sugar and instant coffee; stir until dissolved. Cover and cool in refrigerator, 30 minutes to overnight. At serving time, pour coffee mixture into a punch bowl. Add milk; scoop in both ice creams. Stir until ice cream begins to melt and serve. Makes about 30 servings.
