3 lbs. spinach, chopped, cooked and drained
2 c. herb-flavored stuffing mix
2 onions, minced
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. dried thyme
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Shape into one-inch balls; arrange on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; serve warm. Makes 10 dozen.
