6-oz. pkg. long-grain and wild rice mix, uncooked 1-1/4 c. water 1-lb. turkey breast 1/4 c. maple syrup 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 t. cinnamon
Mix together rice, seasoning packet from rice mix and water in a slow cooker. Place turkey breast, skin-side up, on rice mixture. Drizzle with syrup; sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon. Cover and cook on low setting 4 to 5 hours, or until juices run clear when turkey breast is pierced with a fork. Serves 4.
