1 roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 large cream cheese (the real thing, not imitation or light)
1 egg
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar

Pat out 1/2 of the dough into a 9"x9" pan. Mix cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Spread over dough. Top with remaining cookie dough. Bake until toothpick comes out clean at temperature recommended on the dough. Quick, easy and yummy!
