8-oz. pkg. spinach egg noodles, cooked 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed 1-1/2 lbs. medium shrimp, peeled and cleaned 1/2 c. butter 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 t. mustard 1 T. fresh chives, chopped Optional: 3/4 c. shredded cheese, any flavor
Place noodles in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Place cream cheese cubes on hot noodles; set aside. Sauté shrimp in butter, and place all over noodles and cheese. Mix together the remaining ingredients except cheese and pour over shrimp. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese melts. Serves 6.
