I have a tendency to collect cookbooks for one or two recipes and collecting them on my Kindle saves lots of space. I grabbed this one as a "let's see" because it was free at the time and found a couple of recipes that I have used at home. I already knew about the omelets in a bag (my husband has been a scout leader for 25 years - this one is a standard for him) but the honey chicken was a surprise. Fast and easy and good. In addition, a coworker liked the idea of the pineapple rings/jello in the can idea for girls camp. Several clever ideas for saving space in an RV (favorite recipes on cards and put in a small photo album comes immediately to mind). I found this cookbooklet useful. |
