Cake!!

When I saw this book from Gooseberry Patch...I knew that I had to have it! I was pleasantly surprised that the variety of cakes that can be made from a simple boxed cake mix.

Homemade and quick!

I used to spend WAY too much on grocery store desserts because even though I wanted to treat my family, I just didn't have the time to make dinner AND dessert. Now, I can pick up a few flavors of cake mix with my regular shopping and know that I have at least a few treats up my sleeve. I love that the recipes don't LOOK quick - they're special enough to take to bake sales too!
