Can I redeem gift certificates online?
Yes, you can! When checking out, you'll be asked if you have any gift certificates. Simply key in your gift certificate number and amount of the certificate to use them toward your purchase. Be sure to use as much of the value of the certificate as possible, as we are unable to issue change for unused amounts.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Please visit our shipping chart for details about Regular US and Canadian shipping prices. Our shipping timetable can tell you when your order will arrive when using Regular US Ground, Express US and Regular Canadian Ground shipping. Express shipping is not available in Canada.
Other Foreign Shipping: All orders must be weighed to determine the shipping charge. We ship via US Postal Service. Our warehouse will calculate the rate for air mail (10 to 14 day delivery time) and then send this rate to you by e-mail. Please respond within 14 days indicating your approval of the charges. If you do not respond within 14 days, the order will be canceled.

In most cases, your shipping cost is not refundable; however, the shipping cost for exchanges is only $4.25 in the USA and $12.50 to Canadian addresses. Unless you ordered via Living Social or another promotion that does not permit cash back, we'll issue a refund to you just as soon as we receive your returned order.
Please allow two weeks if you have paid with a personal check. For orders paid with a check or money order, we'll issue a refund check. For credit card orders, we'll credit your account.
For all exchanges, please include a note or copy of your invoice with your return indicating what title you would like in its place.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We ship each order with care and special attention but, on occasion, orders are damaged in transit or packed incorrectly. If your order is damaged or incorrect when you receive it, please keep ALL the original boxes and packaging material. Give our Customer Satisfaction team a call just as soon as you can and they'll be happy to assist you in making sure you're ultimately happy with your purchase.
