Best Cookbook Ever

I love this cookbook. My husband is a picky eater and he has eaten every recipe I have cooked from this book. I would highly recommend it to everyone!

You'll definitely get some serious bang for your buck!

This book is not like the other GBP cookbooks I have. While those are chock full of hand-drawn illustrations and appear to be handwritten, this one is glossy and printed and beautiful. (Oh, those illustrations and tips that we GBP fans adore are still there too - no worries!) It's a full-size book, too, and loaded with over 450 recipes. Y'all should see the list of recipes I want to try from this book - it's 3 pages long! A few must-trys: Chicken Enchilada dip, Sugar Plum Bacon, Sweet & Spicy Country Ham, Black Bean and Vegetable Chili, Grandmas' Old Fashioned Doughnuts... You'll definitely get some serious bang for your buck with this cookbook - it really is big! Read more here:

This is a gorgeous cookbook

This is a gorgeous 367 page cookbook filled with all kinds of yummy recipes. I spent well over an hour perusing this gigantic encyclopedia of home-style favorites. We found some of our favorite Gooseberry Patch recipes right next to tons of recipes we are eager to try. The family favorite was the Chicken and Dressing Casserole. It was so easy to make and oh-so delicious! From the get go, this recipe had the kitchen smellin’ like heaven and the final dish did not disappoint. Read more here:

You'll definitely get your money's worth with this cookbook. It is big - over 300 pages! You could spend hours reading through the pages and picking out which recipes to try. The book has a traditional set-up with sections on appetizers, soups and salads, main dishes, casseroles, slow cookers, desserts, cookies and candy, and gifts from the kitchen. It's filled with beautiful color photographs of many of the dishes. Read more here:

Great cookbook with go-to recipes for any occasion

This book is one of the best cookbooks I have gotten in a few years. It has recipes to fit a busy weeknight or a special holiday. I love that there are pictures of several of the recipes included in the cookbook. There are great menu ideas as well as gift ideas from the kitchen. I have already made western-style quiche, stuffed mushrooms and chicken lasagna and can't wait to make more recipes. This would make a great gift for the home cook in your life. If you love Gooseberry Patch, you will not be disappointed with this full color cookbook.

This book really is BIG

I thought big would be 200 pages but no this book really is BIG. It has over 350 pages, hard back and beautiful, mouth-watering photos. I don't know about you but whenever I get a new Gooseberry Patch Cookbook I always sit down in a comfy chair armed with a package of post-it note tabs. I start tabbing items that I must try first. This book is so full of recipes I had to restrain myself from marking every other page. I had to remove some of the tabs to narrow down what I planned on cooking first. Read more here:
