This is the first Gooseberry Patch cookbook I've bought that has photos. I just love it! Easy to read - 1 photo and 1 recipe on each page. I made the Cheesy Lentils & Rice Casserole last night and my family raved about it. I substituted low-fat cheese and it was so good and healthy - even my 2 picky eaters loved it!
