Wonderful selection of recipes, extremely easy to follow directions, etc. This book is one that I would recommend to family and friends. It arrived in good time and was in very good condition.

What's there not to like...I love all my Gooseberry Cookbooks; although I may need more shelves to store them if I keep buying them!

I love Gooseberry Patch cookbooks. This is another great one. I can't wait to make the recipes. Apple Fritter Pancakes look and sound so good. They also give you a homemade pancake syrup recipe.I have always wanted to make my own dressing and they have a fresh ranch dressing recipe.

I love the photos in this cookbook! Right away I made the Peanut Butter Apple Crisp - it was so easy to put together. It was amazing and the whole family loved it! Can't wait to try more of these recipes!!!

The 101 series is my most favorite of the Gooseberry Patch cookbooks. The only reason? I love to see photos of the food before I prepare it. This cookbook has such a variety of recipes...from comfort foods to cool summer salads. My only problem, besides for realizing I was at the end of the book and there wasn't any more recipes...trying to decide which recipe to make first!
