I hardly ever use my slow-cooker. This new book is wonderful. It has so many ideas for using a slow-cooker. I didn't realize that you can make just about anything in the slow-cooker. The recipes are from appetizers to desserts to main meals and more!! Many of the recipes are comfort foods. The recipes use ingredients that are easy to find; if you dont already have them in your home.
Also the memories that people have submitted are fun to read. The little tips that added throughout the book are helpful and creative ideas. I cant wait to start trying actual new recipes in my slow-cooker!!! I will get a lot of use out of this new Gooseberry Patch Book !! |
