This is a great cookbook with healthy recipes. It is good for Omnivores, vegetarians, and vegans alike. Just adapt the recipe to your liking. Lots of veggies in these recipes and they are easy to follow. I give this cookbook a big thumbs up!

I am like a kid in a candy store right before Christmas!!! I got my book in the mail (let's face it, I was stalking the mail watching for my book). Finally it came. Now I had to struggle through work before I could break it open when I got home. I immediately started reading and marking recipes. We have already tried quite a few and are in love with everyone's recipes! Great job on the book and great job submitting such wonderful go-to meals! Absolutely LOVE my books!

Just got my new GBP cookbook today. Grabbed a steaming hot cup of coffee and sat down to "read" it. Just like every other GBP cookbook I have, it is FANTASTIC!! I have marked some recipes that are going to be on my "Have to make list". Thanks GBP once again, I was not let down.
