Pork Roast with Plum Sauce

3-lb. pork loin roast
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. salt
3/4 c. onion, chopped
2 T. butter
12-oz. jar plum preserves
6-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
2/3 c. chili sauce
1 T. soy sauce
2 t. mustard
1 t. ground ginger


Place roast in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Season with salts; set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté onion in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through and spoon over roast. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 1-1/2 hours, or allow 30 to 45 minutes cooking time per pound. Baste with sauce in pan several times while pork is cooking. Makes 6 servings.
