14 c. red cabbage, shredded
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. dried cranberries
1/4 c. red onion, finely sliced
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 t. celery seed
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, walnuts, cranberries and onion; set
aside. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients; add to
cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir several
times at serving time. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
