1-1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned
1 onion, chopped
1-oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
1-oz. pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
16-oz. pkg. frozen corn
15-oz. can kidney beans
15-oz. can tomato sauce
15-oz. can tomatoes with chiles
Garnish: corn chips, shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream
Combine all ingredients in a stock pot; simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, adding water to thin if necessary. To serve, top with corn chips, cheese and sour cream. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
