1/2 c. Dutch-processed baking cocoa
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. half-and-half
4 c. milk
1 t. vanilla extract
Garnish: whipped cream, grated chocolate
Combine cocoa and sugar in a saucepan; whisk in half-and-half until smooth. Over low heat, whisk in milk and vanilla; bring to a simmer. Pour into mugs; top with whipped cream and grated chocolate. Makes 4 servings.
