1/2 c. soy sauce
2 T. sesame oil
1 T. catsup
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow pepper, chopped
cooked rice
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oil, catsup and garlic. Heat mixture in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add peppers; cook and stir 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over hot rice. Serves 4.
