1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 T. chili powder
1 T. salt
1 t. onion powder
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. dried thyme
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. seafood seasoning
Mix together brown sugar and seasonings; store in an airtight container. Makes 4 servings.
Serving tip:
Rub over both sides of 2 to 3 pounds southern-style pork ribs. Let stand at least 10 minutes, or cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours. Grill ribs as desired, basting with your favorite barbecue sauce.
