4 c. cold mashed potatoes
3/4 c. mayonnaise-style salad dressing
1/3 c. mustard
1/2 c. onion, diced
4 to 5 dill pickles, diced
5 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped
Place mashed potatoes in a large bowl. Add salad dressing and mustard; stir together. Stir in onion and pickles; gently fold in eggs. Cover and chill until serving time. Serves 6 to 8.
