1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 15-1/2 oz. cans kidney beans
2 16-oz. cans pinto beans
2 15-1/2 oz. cans navy beans
15-oz. can corn
14-1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
14-1/2 oz. can tomatoes with chiles
1-1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
1-oz. pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
Brown meat and onion over medium heat in a Dutch oven; drain.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer over low heat for one hour. Serves 8 to 10.
