3-oz. pkg. ramen noodles 5 c. bite-size sweetened graham cereal squares 3 c. bear-shaped graham crackers 1 c. dry-roasted peanuts 1 c. raisins 1/3 c. butter 1/3 c. honey 1 t. orange juice 1/2 t. cinnamon
Crush ramen noodles; reserve seasoning packet for another use. In a large bowl, toss together noodles, cereal, crackers, peanuts and raisins. Combine remaining ingredients in a microwave-safe cup. Microwave on high, stirring after 15-second intervals, until well mixed and butter is melted. Pour over noodle mixture; toss to coat well. Spread onto ungreased rimmed baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, stirring once. Cool before serving; store in an airtight container. Makes 15 servings. | |
