16-oz. pkg. coleslaw mix
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. red onion, diced
1/2 to 3/4 c. poppy seed salad dressing, divided
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, pineapple and onion. Slowly add 1/2 cup salad dressing; toss to mix well. If not completely coated, add a little more dressing. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to one hour to allow flavors to blend. Serves 4 to 6.
